Put honey and water into a saucepan over medium heat and stir until honey is dissolved.
Allow to cool and place in an airtight container.
Fill shaker with 1/3 cup ice, and add gin, orange juice, honey syrup, and cranberry jelly.
Then shake, shake, shake! Shake a little longer to really break up the cranberry sauce.
Double strain, pouring the drink through the drink strainer into the fine mesh strainer over your cocktail glass.
Pop the champagne and top off until your glass is full.
Garnish with fresh cranberries and an orange twist!
