Pots De Crème
Drink
Yields1 Serving
 2 cups dark chocolate chips
 ¼ cup sugar
 2 eggs
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 of salt
 of expresso powder
 1 ½ cups heavy cream
 whipped cream and berries for garnish

Place 6-8 cups or ramekins on a sheet pan.

In a blender, add chocolate chips, sugar, eggs, vanilla,
salt, and espresso powder.

Pulse and blend to mix ingredients.

In a saucepan, heat cream over medium-high heat
until almost boiling.

Pour cream into blender, while blending at low speed
until cream is mixed into the chocolate.

Pour into cups or ramekins and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Garnish with berries and cream and serve!
