For 2 Cup Containers
1 ⅔ cups crushed fruit (with stems, pits, peels, etc. removed as appropriate)
⅔ cup granulated sugar (or Splenda®)
2 tbsp Ball® RealFruit Freezer Pectin
1 tbsp lemon juice (only if using peaches)
For 4 Cup Containers
3 ½ cups crushed fruit (with stems, pits, peels, etc. removed as appropriate)
1 ⅔ cups granulated sugar (or Splenda®)
4 tbsp Ball® RealFruit Freezer Pectin
2 tbsp lemon juice (only if using peaches)
For 6 Cup Containers
5 cups crushed fruit (with stems, pits, peels, etc. removed as appropriate)
2 cups granulated sugar (or Splenda®)
6 tbsp Ball® RealFruit Freezer Pectin
3 tbsp lemon juice (only if using peaches)

Stir sugar and pectin (and lemon juice if using peaches) together in a bowl.

Add crushed fruit and stir the mixture for 3 minutes.

Ladle jam into clean containers, leaving 1⁄2" headspace.
Let sit 30 minutes.

Enjoy immediately or freeze for up to 1 year.

Keep jam in the refrigerator between uses.

Thaw in refrigerator before serving.
