Add all ingredients to a small saucepan over medium heat until the honey is dissolved.
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to steep for 20 minutes.
Once the mixture has cooled, strain the syrup, and use a funnel to pour the syrup into a lidded glass container (you can save the peaches for your morning oatmeal or yogurt).
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
