Flatbread Pizza

Yields1 Serving
 3 cups all-purpose flour
 1 tsp salt
 1 cup water, warmed
 3 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
 arugula
 gouda cheese
 prosciutto
 grape tomatoes
 parmesan cheese
 salt and pepper to taste

In food processor, pulse together flour, salt,warm water, and olive oil. Pulse about 4 times until ingredients come together and form a ball. If hand mixing, continue to mix until it comes together to form a ball.

Divide in half, flour the surface and roll out two dough balls to 1/2-inch thickness. Rest dough for 30 minutes. While the dough rests, preheat oven to 425.

Place dough on parchment-lined sheet pan and bake for 12 minutes, or until crispy.

Garnish with desired toppings.
