Preheat oven to 450F.
In a 10-inch cast iron skillet, place the chocolate on the bottom. Sprinkle marshmallows on top.
In a small bowl, mix together the oats, melted butter, and brown sugar. Crumble together and place on top of the marshmallows. Sprinkle nuts on top, if using
Bake for 5-10 minutes, until marshmallow tops are golden (and chocolate is melted).
Let stand for 5 minutes. Use graham crackers as chips for your dip.
