1 package of chèvre goat cheese
1 avocado, sliced
1 red onion, sliced (pickled)
1 lemon, juiced
Salt to taste

Slice one-half of onion very thin.

Add sliced onion, juice of one lemon, and a generous pinch of salt to a bowl.

Mix together and let rest for 10 minutes before using.
